PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In connection with its activities, the administrator processes exclusively the following personal data in the sense of the aforementioned Regulation: name, surname, education (academic degree), phone number. number, e-mail, delivery address, job title (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data").
The above Personal Data will be processed and stored by the Administrator on the legal basis of the so-called informed consent in the sense of sec. Art. 6, par. 1, letter a) Regulation (hereinafter referred to as "Consent").
All such data will be processed and kept by the Administrator only for the necessary period, but no longer than 60 days from the date of their provision to the Administrator.
The purpose of processing this data is to provide or deliver the requested price offer of the Administrator's products / services.
Persons whose personal data are processed by the Administrator (hereinafter referred to as "Data Subjects") have the right to revoke their consent at any time, and such a revocation does not affect the right of the Administrator to process Personal Data according to any of the reasons stated in section Art. 6, par. 1, letter b), c) and f) Regulation.
Data subjects also have the right to access their Personal Data for the purpose of inspection and have the right to request their correction, erasure or restriction of processing. An integral part of the rights of Data Subjects is also the right to portability of Personal Data within the meaning of the Regulation.
Data subjects also have the right to raise objections to processing addressed to the Controller and the right to submit complaints to the competent supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection (https://www.uoou.cz).
In connection with the processing and storage of Personal Data, there will be no profiling or automatic decision-making within the meaning of the Regulation.
Security and protection of Personal Data is ensured through computer servers with limited secure access. Only persons contractually authorized by the Administrator or Processor have access to Personal Data.
